Your credit card information is safely sent via Amazon SSL (secure socket layer) encryption on our secure shopping cart page. You are on a "secure" web page if there is a picture of a lock on the bottom right of the browser screen (Internet Explorer). You can also tell that you are on a secure web page if the URL is https:// instead of http://. Our shopping cart is secure (the rest of the web site isn't--doesn't need to be).

RETURNS
- Custom orders are non-refundable.
- Returns totaling under $100: products returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase receive a full refund, less shipping & handling charges.
- Returns totaling over $100: incur a 10% restocking fee on products returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Refund does not include shipping & handling charges.
We advise shipping returns by UPS/FedEx or insuring your package if using USPS. No credit will be issued for lost merchandise. For returns, use mailing label on packing slip, or if unavailable, send items and your order number to:
EXCHANGES
We recommend you return your original order for a refund and place a new order. It is faster and simpler than having to wait for your return to be shipped and processed before an exchange can be sent out.
All products are under a 6-month warranty for home use and 3-month warranty for professional use, for normal use and conditions (no heavy usage or extreme temperatures).
